Plans, policies and bylaws

The District Plan provides a regulatory process for implementing policies prepared under Council’s LTCCP and Activity Management Plans and under the Resource Management Act.

Annual Plans outline our funding and spending for the year, Annual Reports provide information on our financial management and our activities, and Audit Management Reports.

Council reviewed most of its bylaws in 2018, and made changes following submissions and hearings. New bylaws are generally required to be reviewed within five years.
